What you can look forward to as Service Product Manager (m/f/d):

- Managing and responsibility for the definition and process of our after Sales offering to supply and service products according to agreed quality, cost, time and budget
- Propose the optimal product portfolio with respect to the service offering for the turbine platforms.Report/document the design solution to the Design Leader or Design Responsible in a professional way for internal as well as external review and risk assessment.
- Product repair and upgrade management according to the agreed procedures: - Develop product upgrade strategy striving towards minimal number of components and striving towards better product performance.
- Perform Engineering Change Management and approvals in the After Sales phase. Participate and develop knowledge of 8D corrective methods
- Technical customer communication management as representative of ZF at the customer on all technical aspects for released products and support customer related audits and certification processes
- Management and reporting of product performance (quality and cost)

Your profile as Service Product Manager (m/f/d):

- Master degree, preferably in mechanical or electromechanical engineering
- Years of relevant experience:



Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years of experience as Project-, product- or team manager, preferably in mechanical environment and with customer contacts.
- Project Management skills. Mechanical and gearbox knowledge (technical) > product focus
- Able to judge the technical and business impact of customer requirements
- Stays up-to-date and understands the wind applications and market trends.
- Basic understanding of economics, understanding a business case.
- Fluent in English; in case of German customers, German is strong advantage. Willingness to travel. Strong customer communication skills
