Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Manager position at Ratnapprabbha Motors, located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The Service

Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service department to ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include managing and supervising the service team, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating service appointments,



ensuring timely vehicle service and repairs, and implementing service strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. Should have good knowledge of Heavy Construction Equipments/ Heavy Vehicles like Bus or Trucks

Qualifications

- Experience in service management, team leadership, and operational oversight
- Solid technical knowledge of automobiles, vehicle maintenance, and repair practices
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in maintaining service records and utilizing service management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Relevant experience in the automobile industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, business administration, or a related field is a plus
- Min. 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry (Commercial, Passenger Vehicle)
