Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Planner role based in Kottayam.

The Service

Planner will coordinate and schedule pest control services, ensuring efficient allocation of technicians and resources to meet customer commitments.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily service operations, updating service plans based on customer requests or field realities, and maintaining accurate records in the service management system.



The role involves close collaboration with operations and customer service teams to resolve scheduling conflicts, optimize routes, and improve service delivery.

The Service

Planner will also track service performance metrics, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to high customer satisfaction through timely and reliable service planning.

Qualifications

- Service Planning and Operations Management skills to effectively schedule services and optimize resource utilization.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, monitoring performance, and improving planning efficiency.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction focus to coordinate with internal teams and support high-quality customer experiences.
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple service requests and operational constraints.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and service management or scheduling tools.
- Relevant experience in service coordination, logistics, or operations in a field services or similar environment preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Kottayam and collaborate effectively within a diverse, inclusive team.
