Role Description The Service Engineer will work on-site in the Greater Rajkot Area in a full-time capacity, providing technical support and service for electrical distribution panels and associated equipment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and automation systems, performing scheduled and corrective maintenance, and executing repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation. The role involves field visits to customer locations for installation, testing, commissioning, and service of panels, DG sets, UPS, and transformers,



as well as documentation of service reports and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The Service

Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues, provide clear communication on service activities, and support continuous improvement of service processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for electrical and automation systems.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service experience, including installation, testing, commissioning, and in office customer support.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair capabilities for panels, DG sets, UPS, transformers, and related equipment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, contractors, and internal teams, and to prepare accurate service documentation.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical standards, safety practices, and relevant tools and test equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage multiple service tasks, and travel within the region as required.
- Experience in renewable energy or industrial electrical solutions will be an advantage.
