Role Description This is a full time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Hyderabad.

The Service

Engineer will perform installation, commissioning,



and testing of conveyor and coolant management systems at customer locations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing technical support to ensure reliable and efficient operation of installed systems. The role involves regular field service visits, preparing service reports, coordinating with internal engineering and sales teams, and supporting customers with training on safe and optimal equipment usage.

The Service

Engineer will also help implement continuous improvements, adhere to safety and quality standards, and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
- Hands-on field service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer support.
- Technical support capabilities, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
