Key Responsibilities

- Provide installation, servicing, repair, and technical support for material handling equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely after-sales and warranty support.
- Perform PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and ensure equipment quality before delivery.
- Manage AMC services, warranty requirements, and customer service requests.
- Coordinate spare parts availability and support equipment dispatch.
- Train machine operators on protected and efficient equipment handling.




- Identify opportunities for spare parts, AMC, and after-sales service business.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in Service Engineering / After-Sales / Field Service.
- Mandatory experience in Forklifts, Hydraulic Equipment, Material Handling Systems (MHS), Dock Lifts, or similar industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
