- Windows Server Administration: Hands-on experience in managing Windows infrastructure and servicesn
- Active Directory & Group Policy Management: Proficiency in user management, policies, and domain configurationsn
- Virtualization Basics: Ability to manage virtual machines and troubleshoot basic VMware/Hyper-V issuesn
- Patching & Compliance: Experience in applying security patches and ensuring system compliancen
- Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution:



Robust analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system issuesn

nTeam Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

nGood to have:
nMinimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

- Experience with Citrix, Windows 365, or Microsoft Intunen
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid Wintel environmentsn
- Basic exposure to DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines)n
- Understanding of SIEM tools (Splunk, Azure Sentinel) for security monitoringn

nCertifications: MCSA, MCSE, ITIL Foundation, VMware VCP
