JD: Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer

Role:

Build predictive ML models for business use cases, productionize them at scale, and drive GenAI POCs into production-grade applications — collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams.

Must-Have:
2+ yrs in Data Science/ML, with time series forecasting, clustering, classification, regression, or boosting algorithms — ideally in Retail/CPG/CVM
Strong Python/PySpark; SQL and Spark/Hadoop familiarity
ML deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP (SageMaker, Azure ML, or Databricks)
MLOps/CI-CD understanding (Azure DevOps or equivalent)
Working knowledge of GenAI — LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows (LangChain/LangGraph)

Positive to Have:

Retail/CPG/CVM domain, A/B testing, model explainability (SHAP), fine-tuning/LoRA, multi-agent orchestration

Education:

B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in CS, Math, Statistics, or related field
