nWe are hiring a highly skilled Windows & Intune L3 Engineer to manage and support enterprise endpoint environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows administration, endpoint security, automation, and up-to-date workplace technologies.

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Manage and administer Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager environments.n
- Configure and support MDM & MAM policies across Windows and mobile devices.n
- Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint security.n
- Administer Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).n
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs).n
- Support Windows 10/11 desktop environments and endpoint lifecycle management.n
- Manage VPN and remote access technologies.n
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.n




- Support Cloud VDI environments and Thin Client platforms (IGEL preferred).n
- Provide advanced L3 troubleshooting and resolution for complex incidents.n
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration tools.n
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.n
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to enhance user experience.n
