About the Role
nWe are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric experiences for mobile banking and digital payments products. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to create seamless and impactful user experiences that balance customer needs with business goals.

- Lead and execute the end-to-end UX design process from discovery through delivery.n
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.n
- Design intuitive and engaging experiences for mobile banking, payments, and financial services products.n
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user insights into design improvements.n
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to define and refine product experiences.n
- Ensure consistency and scalability of experiences through effective use of design systems.n




- Translate complex business requirements into simple and user-friendly solutions.n
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.n
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback.n

nRequired Qualifications

- n
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.n
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end UX process and successfully shipped digital products.n
- Proven experience designing complex mobile applications; fintech, banking, or payments domain experience is highly preferred.n
- Expertise in user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.n
- Solid proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.n
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints while making design decisions.n
