nRole Overview
nKhaitan India Ltd. is looking for a seasoned, results-oriented State Sales Head to spearhead business growth, revenue generation, and market expansion across Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the regional sales team, expanding dealer-distributor networks, and driving sales volume for our portfolio of fans, home appliances, and consumer durable products.

nKey Responsibilities

- Revenue & Market Share Growth: Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed primary and secondary sales targets across volume and value metrics.n
- Distribution & Channel Management: Identify, appoint, and manage high-performing distributors, stockists, and retail networks. Strengthen presence in tier-2, tier-3, and rural markets.n
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and track performance of Area Sales Managers (ASMs),



Territory Managers, and field sales executives across Eastern UP.n
- Trade Schemes & Commercials: Design and implement competitive trade schemes, dealer incentives, and promotional campaigns while ensuring timely collections and healthy credit control.n
- Competitor & Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product gaps to provide actionable feedback to senior leadership.n
- Supply Chain & Stock Alignment: Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and seamless stock availability at all distributor points.n

nCandidate Profile

- Experience: 14–16 years of hands-on sales experience within the Fans, Home Appliances, Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), or Consumer Durables sectors.n
- Regional Expertise: Solid, pre-existing distributor connections and comprehensive market knowledge of Eastern
