Role Overview:

n

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to gather business requirements, define functional specifications, and support the delivery of API-based integrations and custom application solutions.



The ideal candidate should bridge business and technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation.

n

n

Key Skills:

n

n
- 10–12 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
n
- Strong experience in API analysis, integration requirements, and REST/SOA concepts.
n
- Experience working on custom application development projects.
n
- Expertise in requirements gathering, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process mapping.
n
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
n
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployments.
n
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
n
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
n
