Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead and manage a team of 10+ sales executives ✔ Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets ✔ Conduct call audits and provide performance coaching ✔ Monitor team productivity and improve conversions ✔ Manage underperformance through structured coaching plans ✔ Ensure process adherence, discipline, and team engagement ✔ Collaborate with HR and leadership on retention and performance initiatives We're Looking For:
