About the Role Brands2be is looking for a

Saas

Business Development Executive

with hands-on experience in

B2B SaaS, CRM, ERP, or other digital software solution sales .

The ideal candidate should have experience in selling technology-driven solutions to

B2B clients

and be comfortable handling the complete sales cycle from

prospecting and lead qualification to product demos, negotiation, and closure .

Candidates with experience working with clients across

Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, SaaS/Technology, and other B2B industries

will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels. Prospect and connect with key decision-makers and understand their business requirements. Conduct

product demonstrations and presentations

for prospective clients. Manage the complete sales cycle from

lead generation to final closure . Identify customer pain points and recommend suitable SaaS/CRM/ERP solutions. Handle objections, negotiate commercials, and convert qualified prospects into customers. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels. Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure. Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM. Build strong relationships with B2B clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to identify recent business opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

Candidates from

CRM, ERP, HRMS, LMS, SaaS, or other B2B software sales backgrounds

are encouraged to apply.

Generic field sales, retail sales, FMCG sales, or non-technology sales experience will not be considered relevant unless the candidate has demonstrated B2B software/digital solution sales experience.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of relevant B2B SaaS / CRM / ERP / Software Sales experience. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience using CRM and sales management tools is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
