About the Role:
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage the complete post-sales journey of customers in the real estate sector — from booking and documentation to loan disbursement, registration, and possession.

Job Details:
Location: Baner, Pune.
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.
Work Mode: Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and communication throughout the post-sales journey.
Coordinate with customers for documentation, agreements, payments, and other transaction requirements.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for home loan processing, sanction, and disbursement .
Coordinate with legal teams for agreements, sale deeds, documentation, and other legal formalities.
Manage and coordinate the property registration process , including documentation, stamp duty,



and registration requirements.
Track customer-wise payment schedules, documentation, loan status, registration, and possession.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Banking, Developers, and other internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate CRM records, trackers, and MIS reports.
Proactively follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure of customer requirements.
Address customer queries and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.

Must-Have Requirements:
~1–3 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales / Customer Relationship Management .
~ Strong knowledge of real estate post-sales processes.
~ Experience with property registration, home loans, loan disbursement, legal documentation, and customer coordination .
~ Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
~ Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
~ Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
