SystemsPlus is hiring for an AS400 Support Engineer Trainee,

Exp : 6 month to 1 yr.

n

Location : Pune - Hybrid work model.

n

- Monitor AS400 jobs and system alerts, ensuring timely acknowledgment and basic troubleshooting.
n
- Provide first-line support for incidents, service requests, and alerts related to Retail, ERP and Infrastructure systems, user access, and job failures.
n
- Coordinate with end users and IT teams to gather issue details, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.
n
- Experience in using basic AS400 commands and managing batch processes within the AS400 environment
n
- Follow defined escalation procedures, escalating unresolved or critical issues to Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 teams.
n
- Log, track,



and update tickets in the ITSM/ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation.
n
- Provide on-call support for priority incidents and urgent system issues as required.
n
- Work in a 24x7 environment, ensuring flexibility for night shifts and weekend support.
n
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and training programs to build expertise in ERP support.
n
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring prompt and qualified responses to end users.
