Job Summary We are looking for an experienced

Data Scientist

with 6–8 years of experience, preferably from the

FMCG industry , to drive data-driven insights and support business decision-making. The candidate will work with business and technology teams to develop analytical models and translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement

machine learning and statistical models

to solve business problems. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Work on use cases such as

sales forecasting, demand planning, customer analytics, pricing, promotion effectiveness, and supply chain analytics . Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.



Develop and optimize predictive models and ensure their deployment and performance. Work with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, availability, and reliability. Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Required Skills 6–8 years of experience in

Data Science / Advanced Analytics / Machine Learning . Strong programming skills in

Python and SQL . Experience with

Machine Learning, Statistics, Predictive Analytics and Data Visualization . Strong understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, model development and validation. Experience working with large datasets and cloud/data platforms. Solid communication and stakeholder management skills. FMCG/Consumer Goods industry experience is preferred. SAP experience/exposure will be an added advantage , particularly experience working with SAP data or SAP-driven business processes.
