Regional Operations Project Managers
Scratchgard Technology is expanding its pan-India field operations for automotive OEM Paint Protection Film (PPF) program. We are looking for hands-on Regional Operations Project Managers who can take ownership of multi-city dealership operations and ensure consistent service execution across their region.
Lead Territory Technical & Operations Managers and approved independent PPF applicator teams across the region.
• Coordinate PPF installations across multiple automotive dealerships and ensure agreed service timelines are met.
• Monitor installation quality, conduct field audits and drive corrective action where required.
• Track daily jobs, pending installations, SLA performance, complaints and closure discipline.
• We are open to strong operators from automotive dealership operations, accessories,
aftersales, service, PPF, detailing, car care or multi-location field operations. Proven ability to manage field teams, technicians or independent service partners.
• Comfortable travelling extensively within the region.
• PPF or automotive detailing knowledge is an advantage, but strong operational ownership is more key.
• Candidates must be hands-on and comfortable solving problems in the field - this is not a desk-based management role.
