Role Description

We are hiring an experienced Solar Sales Executive for our Gwalior team. The role involves generating and converting leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, understanding energy requirements, presenting customized solar solutions, explaining savings and government subsidies, preparing quotations, negotiating, and closing deals. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle and coordinate with technical and installation teams.

Qualifications





- Minimum 6 months of proven sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, or related industries.
- Strong B2B/B2C sales, negotiation, communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and independently manage the sales cycle.
- Willingness to conduct regular field visits and travel locally in Gwalior.
- Basic understanding of solar systems, electricity savings, and government subsidy schemes.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with smartphones, MS Office/Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
