Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
n• Define and execute the organization's data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
n• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.
n• Analyze Sales, CRM, Technical Services, and Operations data to identify trends, revenue leakages, conversion gaps, customer issues, and improvement opportunities.
n• Develop executive dashboards, MIS reports, KPI/KRI scorecards, and performance monitoring frameworks.
n• Lead the design and optimization of analytics infrastructure on GCP and BigQuery.
n• Oversee ETL processes, data pipelines, automation initiatives, API integrations, and data governance.
n• Integrate data from multiple business platforms, including Salesforce, LeadSquared, Looker, BigQuery, ERP, CRM, and other systems.
n• Partner closely with the CEO and business leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
n• Identify process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, business risks,



and cost optimization opportunities across functions.
n• Establish data quality standards, reporting governance, and best practices across the organization.
nTeam Leadership & Capability Building
n• Build, structure, and scale the data analytics function based on evolving business requirements.
n• Hire, mentor, develop, and retain a high-performing team of 5–10 data analysts, BI developers, and data engineers.
n• Define team goals, performance metrics, career development plans, and capability-building initiatives.
n• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous improvement, and business partnership within the analytics team.
n• Ensure timely delivery of analytics projects, reports, dashboards, and business insights.

nRequired Skills
n• Solid expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery architecture
n• Experience in Dashboard Development, Business Intelligence, and Data Visual
