This is a build-and-lead role. You'll open growth channels yourself

and

hire, coach, and lead the people who scale them. A player-coach: still closing deals with your own hands, while building the engine and the team around you.

What you'll own

Business development, hands-on.

You lead from the front, not just from a desk.
Build and lead the team.

Hire, onboard, and coach a BD/enrollment team. Set the standards, the rhythm, and the targets — and hold them.
Optimise the engine.

Turn scattered effort into a system — a explicit pipeline, a weekly cadence, a repeatable way to win. Make the function run without heroics.
The growth number.

You own it — for yourself and your team. Enrollments, partnerships, revenue growth.
New markets.
The brand, carried well.

Have

2+ years

in business development, partnerships, sales, or edtech growth — with real deals you built and closed
Are a

player-coach

— you can close deals yourself

and

build and lead others toward a target; you want to lead, not just execute
Are a

self-driven hunter

— you build pipeline, you don't wait for leads
Are

organised and systems-minded

— you bring order and rhythm, not just energy
Are warm, credible, and persuasive — equally at ease with a principal, a parent, and your own team
Have (or can quickly build) a

network in Delhi–NCR schools or education

— a strong plus
Communicate cleanly in English and at least one Indian language
