nWe have an opening for an EUC Onsite Support Engineer (EUC / Desktop / Network) on a Dispatch/Freelance basis across multiple locations in Mumbai, Maharashtra.n
nThis is not a full time role.n
n
nJob Responsibilitiesn
n
nProvide onsite support for desktops and laptops.n
nInstall and configure Windows operating systems.n
nInstall and troubleshoot software applications.n
nSet up and replace desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals.n
nTroubleshoot hardware and software issues.n
nSupport printers and scanners.n
nHelp users with Microsoft Office and Outlook issues.n
nPerform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, and Change).n
nReplace hardware components such as RAM, SSDs, keyboards, and batteries.n
nSupport user login and password issues.n
nCoordinate with remote support teams when required.n
nUpdate service tickets and submit site visit reports.n
nBasic Network Knowledgen
n
nBasic understanding of IP Address, DHCP, DNS, and Subnet Mask.n




nConnect devices to wired and wireless networks.n
nPerform basic network troubleshooting.n
nTest and replace Ethernet cables.n
nIdentify network port issues and coordinate with the network team.n
nBasic knowledge of switches and routers.n
nRequirementsn
n
n4+ years of EUC/Desktop Support experience.n
nGood knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.n
nBasic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.n
nGood communication and customer service skills.n
nAbility to travel to customer sites.n
nExperience with ticketing tools is an advantage.n
