Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP HCM solutions using ABAP.
Work on RICEF objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Develop HR-specific reports using logical databases such as

PNP, PNPCE, and PAP .
Create ALV, classical, interactive, and executable reports.
Develop and maintain interfaces using

IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, Web Services, XML, and OData , where applicable.
Work on enhancements using

BADIs, user exits, customer exits, enhancement points, and implicit enhancements .
Develop and support HR forms using

Smart Forms, SAPscript, Adobe Forms, or HR Forms .
Work on data uploads and conversions using BDC, LSMW, BAPIs, and standard SAP programs.
Support ABAP development related to

PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll .
Develop and maintain payroll-related custom objects, payroll reports, interfaces, and schema/PCR-related technical requirements.
Analyse business and functional requirements and prepare technical specifications.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and defect resolution.




Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
Debug standard and custom SAP programs, user exits, BADIs, workflows, and interfaces.
Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, integration teams, vendors, and business users.
Prepare technical documentation, test evidence, deployment notes, and knowledge-transfer documents.
Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, and AMS/support projects.

Required Technical Skills
3–7 years of professional experience in

SAP ABAP , preferably with SAP HCM/HR.
Solid knowledge of ABAP programming and the ABAP Workbench.
Hands-on experience in:
Reports and ALV
ABAP Objects and Object-Oriented ABAP
BAPIs, RFCs, and function modules
BDC and data migration techniques
Enhancements, BADIs, exits, and enhancement points
IDocs and integration interfaces
Smart Forms, SAPscript, or Adobe Forms
Debugging
