- implementation / support experience on Oracle ERP applications with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Hands-on technical experience delivering Oracle Fusion SaaS extensions (Application Composer, Groovy scripting, approvals/workflows, page/field customizations).
- Robust experience in integrations for Oracle Fusion using REST/SOAP Web Services, file-based integrations (FBDI), and common enterprise integration patterns (SFTP/FTP, synchronous/asynchronous).
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent middleware for building and supporting end-to-end integrations between Oracle Fusion and external/on-prem systems.
- Hands-on experience in report development and analytics for Fusion (BI Publisher and OTBI), including building extracts and supporting operational/financial reporting needs.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, validation,



and troubleshooting integration and conversion issues.
- Working knowledge of data conversion/migrations: data mapping, templates, load automation, reconciliation, and cutover execution for large enterprise rollouts.
- Experience in designing and documenting technical solutions (technical design docs, interface specs, mapping documents, test evidence) and maintaining implementation repositories.
- Ability to collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver scalable solutions aligned to product best practices.
- Strong experience in preparing and executing unit testing, SIT, and supporting UAT; defect triage and root cause analysis (RCA) through closure.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion security concepts (roles, privileges, data access) and their impact on integrations, reports, and extensions.
