Key Responsibilities
Franchise Expansion
Develop and execute the franchise expansion strategy for assigned territories.
Identify priority cities, locations and markets for new franchise outlets.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual franchise acquisition targets.
Franchise Lead Generation
Generate franchise enquiries through digital marketing, referrals, exhibitions, franchise portals and networking.
Build and maintain a robust franchisee prospect pipeline.
Conduct lead qualification based on investment capability, business experience and location.
Franchise Sales & Conversion
Present the franchise business model, investment structure, ROI and commercial terms to prospective franchisees.
Conduct meetings, presentations and site visits.
Negotiate and close franchise agreements within approved commercial guidelines.
Site Identification & Evaluation




Identify potential locations based on catchment, visibility, footfall, competition, accessibility and rental economics.
Coordinate site surveys and prepare site feasibility reports.
Work with the operations/real-estate team for final site approval.
Franchisee Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with franchise partners from enquiry through outlet launch.
Act as the primary business contact for franchise-related requirements.
Resolve commercial and operational issues in coordination with internal departments.
Outlet Opening & Launch
Coordinate with projects, operations, procurement, training, marketing and supply-chain teams.
Track franchise outlet opening timelines and ensure milestone completion.
Support the franchisee during pre-opening and launch activities.
Commercial & Financial Analysis
Prepare franchise investment proposals, project reports and ROI calculations.
Evaluate franchisee
