Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. The Inside Sales Executive will respond to customer inquiries, explain product features and benefits, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.

Daily tasks include lead generation through various channels, updating CRM records, coordinating with the operations and marketing teams,



and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support. The role also requires meeting individual and team sales targets while representing Royal Tint’s products and values professionally.

Candidates should possess solid Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including researching prospects and using digital and phone-based outreach effectively.
Relevant experience in B2B or technical product sales, preferably in glass, construction, or related industries, is beneficial.
Comfort working with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data entry; ability to track metrics and report on sales activities.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with a target-driven and collaborative mindset.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
