- Work independently for daily service work, such as project startup, installation, regular maintenance and customer’s training etc.
- Develop equipment installation, maintenance and overhaul schedules with customer input.
- The willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of the time both domestic and international in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position the willingness and ability to work in kinds of environments.
- The willingness On TIME / Any TIME support to customer.
- Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business chance during service trip.
- Responsible for the management of local service workshops and on site workshops in responsible territory, including general management, assets management, work safety, fire protection and etc.
- Responsible for the standard &special; tools, workshop area to be maintained neat and clean update with help of subordinate team.
- Manage service quotation / service contract and achieve service revenue target in responsible territory.(If Applicable)




- Working closely with team & project team to satisfy customer;
- In cooperation with credit controller / finance department to ensure that AR is collected on time against payments term.
- Assist workshop Technician to do the normal repairing when required.
- Provide technical and quality feedback to the technical specialist according to customer’s feedback;
- Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report.
- Maintain comprehensive customer activity reports for customer daily inspection.
- Provide detailed site reports, highlighting actions needed by other departments.
- Any kind of deviations found/observed during the day to day activities especially when making communications to customers, immediately report the same to HOD on top priority.
- Candidate from pumps, blower, compressor, rotating equipment background are preferred.
- Experience between 8 to 12 years
