These solutions support production of automotive interior parts, polyurethane sandwich panels, refrigeration units, insulated pipes, gaskets, and structural products.

Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Pune / Bangalore / Chennai.

The Service

Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of polyurethane processing equipment and related systems at customer sites.

Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs, and providing timely field service and technical support to ensure minimal equipment downtime.



The role involves preparing service reports, maintaining accurate documentation of work performed, and coordinating with internal teams to arrange spare parts and follow-up actions.

The Service

Engineer will also support customers with operational guidance, communicate clearly about service plans and findings, and uphold safety and quality standards during all service activities.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical and control systems on industrial machinery.
- Hands-on field service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer support.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in technical support activities, such as diagnosing issues, advising on solutions, and documenting service work.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, preferably in polyurethane or related processing machinery.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety and quality procedures.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, manage time effectively, and work independently when required.
