About Flarize

Flarize is a solar booking platform being built by Golden Ray.

We're at an early stage and looking for an SEO professional to build our organic customer acquisition engine from the ground up.

This is a builder role, not a traditional SEO execution role. We're looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build strategies, experiment, and turn what works into measurable growth.

What you'll do

- Build and execute Flarize's SEO strategy
- Technical, on-page and local SEO
- Keyword and search-intent research
- Content and scalable landing-page strategy
- Identify organic distribution opportunities beyond Google
- Work with developers and designers to implement SEO opportunities
- Track traffic → enquiries → bookings
- Test, measure and scale what works

Who we're looking for

- 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Proven results growing organic traffic, leads or conversions
- Strong technical, on-page and off-page SEO knowledge
- Experience with GSC, GA4 and tools such as Ahrefs,



Semrush or Screaming Frog
- Analytical, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Robust communication and collaboration skills
- AEO/GEO and AI search knowledge is a plus
- Marketplace, lead-generation, local-services, SaaS or solar experience is a plus

Kerala Focus

Our initial market is Kerala.

Malayalam reading and writing ability is strongly preferred, particularly for understanding local search behavior and localized content.
