About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SEO intern who is interested in learning and building a career in search engine optimization. The intern will gain hands-on experience working on real-world SEO projects and supporting the team in improving website visibility, organic traffic, rankings, and overall search performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
- Assist in optimizing website pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and content.
- Perform basic technical SEO audits and identify website issues.
- Assist with internal linking and content optimization.
- Research and analyze competitors and their SEO strategies.
- Assist with link-building and off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Prepare basic SEO reports and performance updates.
- Work with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Assist with SEO content research and optimization.
- Learn and implement best practices for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and search engine best practices.
- Collaborate with content, web development, and digital marketing teams.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and search engines.




- Basic knowledge of keyword research and on-page SEO.
- Basic understanding of AI search, generative AI, and hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Understanding the basics of HTML is an advantage.
- Positive research and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities.
- Willingness to learn new SEO tools and techniques.
- Interest in digital marketing and online search.

Good to Have:

- Familiarity with Google Search Console and GA4.
- Knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress.
- Understanding of content marketing and keyword optimization.
- Familiarity with AI search, AEO, or GEO is an advantage.
- Certifications in SEO, digital marketing, and AI-powered marketing are an advantage.
