Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Specialist with 8+ years of proven experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive business growth. The role requires strong technical SEO expertise, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for traffic growth.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations for crawlability, indexing, site architecture, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking, image optimization, and schema markup.
- Plan and execute ethical off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
- Collaborate with content writers to create and optimize SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare regular SEO performance reports.




- Work closely with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Local SEO, and E-commerce SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, XML Sitemaps, Robots.txt, Canonical Tags, Redirects, and Structured Data.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with content strategy and SEO copy optimization.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and automation.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels such as PPC and social media is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
