About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong Senior Video Editor who can take ownership of video projects from concept to final execution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling and AI-powered content creation.

The candidate should be comfortable working on pitch creatives, master creatives, master videos, social media content, brand films and digital campaigns, while bringing fresh creative ideas to every project.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for brands, campaigns, social media and digital platforms.
- Develop motion graphics, transitions, animations and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
- Work on pitch creatives, master creatives and master videos from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters and Account teams to understand creative briefs and deliver compelling visual content.
- Translate creative concepts and storyboards into engaging video outputs.
- Create multiple video formats and adaptations for different platforms and aspect ratios.
- Explore and implement AI-based video generation and editing tools to improve creativity, speed and production efficiency.
- Use AI prompting for both image and video generation, with the ability to create effective prompts based on creative requirements.
- Experiment with recent AI tools, visual styles, animation techniques and emerging content-generation technologies.
- Handle colour correction,



sound syncing, basic audio editing and final video finishing.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, visual language and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Take ownership of projects and proactively suggest creative improvements.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of video editing, composition, pacing, transitions and visual storytelling.
- Experience in creating motion graphics and animation.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools.
- Strong understanding of AI prompting for image and video generation.
- Ability to develop creative visual concepts and execute them independently.
- Strong understanding of social media video formats and digital content trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- 3D knowledge/experience will be an added advantage.
