We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with solid experience in Banking or Financial Services to join our team in a client-facing role.

You will work on complex digital banking products, helping transform traditional workflows into simple, intuitive, and modern digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

- Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for banking and financial services products.
- Design and simplify complex journeys across Accounts, Payments, Approvals, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Treasury, and other banking services.
- Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, product teams, and developers.
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct and support UX research, usability reviews, and customer-focused design improvements.
- Create and contribute to scalable design systems, components, and common UX patterns.
- Present design concepts, rationale, and solutions confidently to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Manage design feedback and drive discussions towards clear decisions and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high-quality design implementation.
- Explore opportunities for AI-enabled and intelligent experiences where they add meaningful customer and business value.

What We’re Looking For




- 5+ years of overall experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech.
- Experience designing complex banking journeys such as Payments, Accounts, Cash Management, Corporate/Wholesale Banking, Trade Finance, or Treasury.
- Strong experience with enterprise and data-heavy applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, interaction design, and modern UX/UI practices.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, usability, user journeys, and design systems.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and high-quality UI design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Proven client-handling and stakeholder-management experience is essential.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior business stakeholders, gathering requirements, presenting solutions, managing feedback, and driving design discussions.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Preferred
- Experience in Corporate or Wholesale Banking.
- Experience working on global or multi-market banking platforms.
- Exposure to AI-enabled product experiences.
