Role Overview

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at ProCreator, you'll lead end-to-end design for complex B2B and specialised B2C products, spanning fintech, healthcare, ed-tech, and other data-intensive domains. You'll own the full design arc, from research through wireframes to high-fidelity UI, for products where the interfaces themselves are complex: dashboards, role-based flows, and multi-step workflows.

You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and clients, and mentor junior designers as part of the role. AI is woven into how this craft is practised here: you're expected to use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, and prototyping, so the team spends its judgment on the decisions that matter, not the repetitive parts of the process.

What You Will Own

- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design, from user research through wireframes to high-fidelity visual design, across complex B2B and niche B2C web and mobile products.
- Run first-pass synthesis of user research (interviews, support tickets, survey data) with AI tools, then validate the resulting themes against the raw source before they shape design decisions.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring UI component consistency across web and mobile.
- Use AI-assisted prototyping tools to explore wireframes and flow directions rapidly, before committing to a direction with the team.
- Conduct heuristic and UX audits on existing products, flagging usability issues against best-practice standards.
- Mentor junior designers and set the design process standard other designers on the team follow.
- Present and defend design decisions directly to clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Interpret user analytics and research data to validate design decisions rather than relying on intuition alone.

How AI Shows Up in This Role

- Running first-pass synthesis of research transcripts and support tickets, then verifying themes against the raw sessions.
- Using AI-assisted wireframing and rapid flow exploration to compress early-stage iteration time.




- Generating first-draft visual assets, icon sets, and mood boards with AI image tools, then refining them by hand.
- Drafting design-system documentation and component rationale with AI, then editing for accuracy.
- Framing critique prompts with AI ahead of design reviews, to pressure-test a direction before it reaches the room.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days

- Shipped end-to-end design work on at least one live client project, from research through high-fidelity UI.
- Built working relationships with the product, development, and client-side stakeholders on your project.
- Identified and proposed a fix for at least one usability gap in an existing product you audited.
- Contributed a reusable component or pattern to a design system on one of your projects.
- Demonstrated a repeatable AI-assisted workflow (for research synthesis, prototyping, or asset generation) that another designer on the team could pick up and use.
- Given structured feedback to at least one junior designer on their work.

Requirements

What You Bring

- 5-8 years of experience in end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital products.
- A portfolio showing work on complex B2B or niche B2C products (enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, ed-tech, or other data-intensive domains), including data-heavy interfaces or role-based user scenarios.
- Strong command of modern UI design principles, and the ability to translate complex user journeys into interfaces that are both usable and visually polished.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile, including responsive design and platform-specific guidelines for iOS/Android.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems for scalable applications, with strong Figma proficiency (auto-layout,



components, libraries).
- Designs AI-assisted workflows for your own craft. You know where the tools break down, and you raise the bar for how the rest of the team uses them.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain design rationale to clients and technical stakeholders alike.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers, or a clear readiness to take that on.

Nice to Have

- Experience with motion or interaction design (After Effects, Lottie, ProtoPie, or similar) to communicate design ideas.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design or wireframing platforms, used in a way that's genuinely built into your workflow rather than experimental.
- Experience designing dashboards or data-dense interfaces specifically.
- Prior experience working in an agency or consultancy setting across multiple concurrent client projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Relevant work experience and practical capability will be valued more than academic specialisation.
