About the Role

Silverine Salon is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Unisex Hairdresser to join our qualified salon team. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in both men's and women's hair services, excellent styling skills, and the ability to understand and deliver clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional haircuts, styling, blow-dry and hair finishing for men and women.
- Handle hair colouring, global colour, highlights, balayage and other colour services.
- Perform Keratin, Hair Botox, Hair Spa and other professional hair treatments.
- Recommend suitable hair services and treatments based on the client's hair type and requirements.
- Ensure high-quality and consistent service delivery.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of tools and workstations.
- Handle client consultations and provide professional hair-care recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest haircut, styling, colouring and treatment trends.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Support the salon team in maintaining a premium customer experience.





Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional salon experience.
- Strong experience in unisex hairdressing.
- Excellent knowledge of men's and women's haircuts and styling.
- Hands-on experience in hair colouring and chemical hair treatments.
- Good knowledge of Keratin, Hair Botox, Hair Spa and related treatments.
- Strong client consultation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of hair types, textures and suitable treatments.
- Ability to work professionally in a premium salon environment.
- Candidates with experience in reputed/luxury salons will be preferred.
