- Screening: Deep technical screening of candidates to look past keywords and verify actual tech skills.
- Compliance: Handling US Tax terms and Work Visas
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have at least 4+ years of proven experience strictly in US IT Recruitment in W2
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be currently residing in or local to Visakhapatnam
