Role Description The Senior Technical Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves designing, delivering, and updating technical training programs for clients and internal teams on Insta’s management software and IT solutions. The instructor will conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions, prepare training materials and documentation, and assess learner performance to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities include collaborating with product and implementation teams to stay current on system features, providing post-training support,



and gathering feedback to continually improve training content and methods.

The Senior Technical

Instructor will also mentor junior trainers and contribute to the overall training strategy for the organization.

Qualifications

- Experience in roles such as Technical Trainer or Senior Technical Instructor, with proven capability in Technical Training and Training & Development.
- Solid Communication and Training skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Background in delivering software or IT systems training, preferably in hospital, medical, education, or enterprise management solutions.
- Ability to design curricula, develop training materials, and use modern training tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Comfort working on-site with clients and cross-functional teams, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience conducting group workshops, one-on-one sessions, and user onboarding, with a focus on user adoption and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and basic documentation standards is an advantage.
