Role Description The Associate role at Transystem Logistics International Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Ramanagara. The Associate will support daily logistics operations, including coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, assisting in warehouse activities, and maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory movement, supporting in-plant logistics processes, and communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient workflow. The role may involve data entry,



basic reporting on operational performance, and adherence to safety and quality standards in line with company policies and certifications. The Associate will work closely with supervisors and team members to resolve operational issues, contribute to process improvements, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

- Ability to coordinate logistics activities, including handling documentation, tracking shipments, and supporting warehouse and in-plant operations.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, with an understanding of inbound, outbound, and distribution workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and reporting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Comfort with using computers and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, basic reporting tools); familiarity with logistics or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with operational procedures, including an understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Ramanagara, adapt to a dynamic operational setting, and manage tasks within defined timelines.
- Educational background in logistics, supply chain, commerce, business, or a related field preferred; prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
