About IIHS Campus Development The IIHS Campus is located on a 54-acre site at Kengeri, Bengaluru, located between a 525

acre reserve forest and an 800-year old 150-acre lake. Its digitally augmented buildings and facilities will enable interdisciplinary teaching-learning, research and practice, and demonstrate the best examples of Indian design and crafts. The Campus will provide faculty,

students, and researchers with the opportunity to immerse themselves in and innovate around India’s core urban challenges.

The Campus features a robust integrated digital infrastructure and services network supported by various sensors, and IoT devices to enable cost-effective monitoring of high performance and sustainability. This will be enabled via an intelligent digital twin to integrate all building and campus-wide services to assist in predictive operations and maintenance.

The IIHS Campus Development team focuses on the planning, design, procurement,

execution, and documentation of the development of the IIHS Kengeri Campus. Joining the

Campus Development team at IIHS offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of building one of India’s most ambitious, sustainable and climate-resilient campuses. Situated in the upcoming Kengeri area of Bengaluru, it is deeply rooted in principles of net neutrality and long-term environmental stewardship, targeting Factor Two to Four infrastructure and services and ecological conservation. It also includes a range of iconic buildings and facilities,

including the largest urban reference Library in Asia, a Metropolitan Museum and Ecological

Interpretation Centre, a multi-material and advanced Technology Maker Centre, a specialised kitchen that uses a green supply chain, and a future Convention Centre and Incubation

Centre.

As part of this fast-paced and dynamic team, you will gain hands-on experience and unparalleled exposure to interdisciplinary planning, design, and implementation spanning various technology domains, architecture, urban design, planning, ecological, and environmental design, ICT and IoT. The role is designed to accelerate your professional development, offering meaningful engagement with cutting-edge practices in sustainable and climate-resilient development, and biodiversity conservation. We are looking for candidates passionate about building a better future and eager to shape a living, learning campus from the ground up.
