Senior / Staff Product Manager – Enterprise Customer

? Location Requirement: Candidates should currently be based in the UK or US (London or Recent York preferred) and be authorized to work in their respective country.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive the Enterprise Customer product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes.

• Build scalable customer master capabilities across banking ecosystems, including Party, Relationship, Agreement, and Consent Management.

• Partner with clients, engineering, compliance, operations, and privacy teams to deliver impactful solutions.

• Define APIs, domain events, customer data models, workflows, and platform capabilities.

• Lead initiatives around customer onboarding, KYC, identity management, customer lifecycle management, and consent frameworks.

• Drive AI-assisted product innovation using analytics, telemetry, and customer insights.

What We're Looking For

• 8-12 years of experience in Product Management, Banking, Financial Services, Customer Master Data Management (MDM), or FinTech.

• Strong expertise in Customer Information File (CIF), Customer Master, Identity Management, KYC, AML, Consent Management, or Customer Onboarding platforms.





• Deep understanding of party and relationship modelling, beneficial ownership, customer hierarchies, identity resolution, and customer lifecycle management.

• Experience defining APIs, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and enterprise-scale platform capabilities.

• Knowledge of banking regulations, privacy requirements, customer data governance, KYC, AML, and consent frameworks.

• Proven track record of delivering products from concept through launch and adoption.

Nice to Have

• Experience modernising customer platforms alongside legacy banking systems.

• Exposure to ISO 20022, Digital Identity, Customer Onboarding Platforms, and Consent Management frameworks.

• Experience in SaaS, cloud-native, multi-tenant, or highly regulated enterprise environments.

• AI-first approach to product strategy and decision-making.
