✅ 5+ years of experience in EM/IR Analysis ✅ Robust understanding of Power Integrity and Reliability Signoff ✅ Experience with Voltus, RedHawk, or similar EM/IR tools ✅ Expertise in IR Drop Analysis, Electromigration Checks, and Power Grid Validation ✅ Ability to collaborate with Physical Design, Package, and Design teams
