nJoin QCraft's global IT operations team We're looking for IT support engineers to help our teams across India, the US, and Europe stay connected and productive. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge infrastructure and the prospect to work with a truly global autonomous driving company. Perfect for freshers looking to start their IT career.
n Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line technical support to employees across global offices (India, US, Europe)n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing systemn
- Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, and IT equipmentn




- Manage user accounts, email, and access permissions (Active Directory, Google Workspace)n
- Support video conferencing and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams)n
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articlesn
- Assist with IT asset management and procurementn

n Requirements & Qualifications

- n
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldn
- 0-3 years of IT support experience (freshers welcome)n
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking conceptsn
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systemsn
- Good problem-solving skills and customer service orientationn
- English communication skills requiredn
