Role Overview
We are looking for a

Design Lead – Digital Production / Video Adaptation

to lead the design and adaptation of digital video content across multiple formats, markets, channels, and campaign requirements.
The role combines

creative design expertise, video adaptation, production excellence, and team leadership . The ideal candidate should be able to translate master creative assets into high-quality, platform-ready adaptations while maintaining brand consistency and creative intent.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and adaptation of

digital video assets

across multiple formats, channels, markets, and languages.
Translate master creative concepts into multiple

video adaptations, cut-downs, resizes, aspect ratios, and localized versions .
Ensure all adaptations remain consistent with brand guidelines, creative intent, typography, layouts, imagery, motion, and visual identity.
Review and provide creative direction on video adaptation work produced by the team.
Lead and mentor a team of designers, video editors, motion designers, and production artists.




Work closely with

Producers, Project Managers, Creative teams, and Account teams

to understand project requirements, creative briefs, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Manage high-volume production requirements while maintaining quality, accuracy, and turnaround timelines.
Establish and maintain

design and production standards, templates, workflows, and best practices .
Identify opportunities to improve adaptation processes through templates, automation, AI-enabled tools, and production efficiencies.
Conduct quality checks on final creative assets before delivery.
Ensure all assets meet required

technical specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards .
Support localization and versioning requirements across different markets and languages.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced production setting.
Provide regular creative and tech
