An Australian-based Tour & Travel Company is looking for an

experienced, motivated, and results-driven Travel & Tour Manager

to join our Kochi office.
We are looking for a professional with excellent

English communication skills , robust knowledge of the travel industry, and proven experience in

sales, marketing, staff management, Amadeus ticketing, and BSP accounting .
Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the travel team and achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and sell domestic and international tour packages.
Conduct

market research

to identify new travel trends, destinations, products, and business opportunities.
Develop and implement effective

sales and marketing strategies .
Monitor, review, and improve the

performance of staff and sales team .
Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
Manage airline reservations and

ticketing using Amadeus .
Handle ticketing, reissues, refunds, cancellations, and airline servicing.
Manage

BSP accounting, reconciliation, and reporting .
Prepare sales and performance reports for management.




Maintain excellent relationships with customers, airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel suppliers.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
Requirements

Proven experience as a

Travel Manager, Tour Manager, Senior Travel Consultant, or similar role .
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Proven experience in

sales, marketing, and market research .
Experience managing and reviewing

staff performance .
Strong hands-on experience with

Amadeus reservation and ticketing .
Experience with

BSP accounting and reconciliation .
Good knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, refunds, and reissues.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment .
Salary

₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month , depending on

experience, skills, and performanc
