With 500K+ daily-active drivers and an expected 1.5x growth next year, we solve highly complex, real-world operational challenges at a massive scale. To fuel this hyper-growth, we are looking for a visionary SDE 4 to own core domains and define our technical trajectory.

As an SDE 4, you won't just write code; you will hold the architectural keys to a platform spanning multiple services. You are a high-autonomy technical leader who can navigate ambiguity and influence across teams without direct authority.

The Core Mission: Raise our engineering bar through rigorous design reviews, exemplary mentorship, and high-ROI architectural decisions that perfectly balance speed, reliability, and cost-per-transaction awareness.

? What Your Quarters Will Look Like

- Architect & Own: Lead multi-service systems handling millions of transactions, explicitly reasoning about contracts, failure modes, and cross-service observability.

- Drive Design & ROI: Execute high- and low-level designs, making critical build/buy/defer choices framed by contribution-margin.

- Elevate Operations: Own engineering operations (SLIs/SLAs, MTTR/MTTA) and build automated remediation systems (throttles, auto-retries) to prevent repeat incidents.

- Write Exemplary Code: Ship clean, maintainable, production-grade code using SOLID principles, ensuring interfaces withstand 2–3x system growth.





- Be a Force Multiplier: Introduce cutting-edge AI workflows that lift the entire team's velocity, and provide behavior-based mentorship to senior and junior engineers.

- The Experience: You bring 7+ years of software development experience (SDE 4 or equivalent senior IC role), ideally within fast-paced startups or scale-ups.

- The Track Record: You have a proven history of scaling production systems end-to-end across multiple quarters and domains.

- The Tech Stack: Deeply familiar with modern backend stacks, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, data structures, and object-oriented design.

- The Mindset: You possess an intense sense of ownership ("Own It"), user obsession, a bias for action under ambiguity ("Keep Moving"), and a collaborative spirit ("Collaborate to Win").

- AI-Savvy: You use AI as a productivity accelerator, critically validating its outputs while reasoning independently when it falls short.
