Senior Salesforce Developers with deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce to support large‑scale Agent Desktop and Service Assist AI initiatives. The role involves building, customizing, and integrating Salesforce capabilities to deliver an intelligent, seamless, omnichannel service experience in a regulated enterprise workplace.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, hands-on with Salesforce development, and experienced in integrating multi-channel service workflows and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities -->

1. Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce and Agentforce solutions for enterprise-scale sales and service operations.
2. Build and customize Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows,



and Salesforce configuration elements .
3. Integrate Salesforce with backend systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
4. Support initiatives focused on Agent Desktop, Service Assist AI, routing logic, and productivity tools.
5. Ensure scalability, security, and best practices in Salesforce development.

Must-Have -->

1. Strong expertise in Salesforce and Agentforce
2. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, Flows, and core Salesforce configuration.
3. Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs.
4. Experience working in enterprise-scale or regulated environments.
