This is a business-building role, looking for a high-energy, field-oriented sales professionals who can build relationships from the ground up, open new accounts & convert customer requirements into repeat business. The role requires someone who enjoys being in the market, meeting chefs and decision-makers, conducting product trials & relentlessly following opportunities through to commercial closure.
What Success Looks LikeWithin the first 3 to 6 months, the candidate should have:
- Built a clearly prioritized territory and customer map
- Developed solid relationships with chefs, buyers and distributors
- Created a healthy and measurable opportunity pipeline
- Converted product trials into initial commercial orders
- Established a base of active repeat-ordering customers
- Identified regional product and flavour opportunities
- Built a scalable route to market for Jayanti’s Food Service business
