Job Summary

Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Executive / Sales Consultant to handle B2B and industrial sales and develop new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B Sales, Industrial Automation, Machinery, Equipment, OEM, or Industrial Product Sales, along with strong customer handling, negotiation, lead conversion, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, market research, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and develop new customers, OEMs, and industrial accounts.
- Manage customer databases, leads, enquiries, and sales records.
- Conduct client meetings and customer visits to understand business requirements.
- Present and explain products and solutions to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) based on customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations and support the sales process until order closure.
- Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and follow up on action items.
- Negotiate with customers and convert leads into business.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders and new business.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Industrial Automation Sales
- Machinery Sales
- Equipment Sales
- OEM Sales
- Industrial Product Sales
- Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Good client handling and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation and lead conversion skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct client meetings independently.
- Valuable market research and business development skills.
- Ability to prepare BOM and MOM.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for customer and site visits when required.

Qualification

- Any Engineering Graduate/Any MBA Graduate
