Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer – Automated Test Equipment & Test and Measurement Instruments is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving sales of T&M; instruments and custom ATE solutions by engaging with customers in automotive, aerospace, defence, space, and industrial segments to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical and commercial proposals, supporting proof-of-concept and evaluation projects,



and collaborating with engineering teams to align solutions with customer applications.

The Senior Sales

Engineer will manage key accounts, respond to inquiries, provide pre- and post-sales technical support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves market development, participation in industry events, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of test and measurement technologies and automation trends.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, including account management, opportunity development, and relationship building.
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting technical concepts, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Test & Measurement instruments and Automated Test Equipment, especially in electronics, electrical, and industrial applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience selling to automotive, aerospace, defence, space, or industrial customers, preferably in T&M; or automation domains.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, travel to customer locations as needed, and operate effectively in cross-functional teams.
