? Hiring: QA Engineer – AI Quality Engineering

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in Chatbot, IVR, Generative AI, and Agentic AI testing, along with hands-on experience in test automation and conversational AI validation.

? Experience: 4–6 Years (Strictly no profiles below 4 years)

? Location: Hyderabad (No Relocation)

? Responsibilities:

- Perform functional, regression, and conversational testing for chatbots and IVR systems.
- Validate Agentic AI workflows, including task execution and orchestration.
- Perform end-to-end QA for chatbot, IVR, and AI-driven applications.
- Validate NLU accuracy, intent recognition, entity extraction, context retention, and fallback handling.
- Validate Generative AI responses using RAG/RAGAS or similar frameworks.
- Develop and execute automation and API test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Postman, or RestAssured.

? Mandatory Skills:
- Chatbot & IVR Testing
- AI / GenAI / Agentic AI Validation
- NLU / NLP & ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition)
- Selenium / Playwright & REST API Testing
- Java / Python Scripting
- STLC / SDLC
